Return Policy
Maximum 30 days unsatisfied return and refund is acceptable on the following conditions:
- 30 days effective from billing or invoice date from ANV if directly sell from ANV.
- 30day effective from billing or invoice date from our licensed partner(wholesalers, and or distributers).
- Payment can be refund if return within 21 days from billing or invoice date; max 90% can be refund from the 22nd day to the 30th day.
- No refund is accepted after the 31th day from billing or invoice date.
- The following Physical Conditions are unacceptable for all Returns (including replacements, exchanges &refunds):
- Package missing or demolished, marked or scratched;
- Scratch or damage or Scuff on the surface or the body and or its parts of any kind;
- Cut and Stripped Wires (Missing BNC, RCA, or cable and Power Connectors) ;
- Evidence of Tampering (Broken Seals, Spliced Wires, etc);
- Damaged Electronics ( Antenna, Remote control key, Buttons,Circuit Boards, cables etc);
- Missing Parts (Cables, Antenna, Remote control Key, Screws, Manuals, Software, other Accessories etc.) ;
- Label Damage(Any label on package, device, Accessories;Adhesive & other Sealants, Adhesive Residue, etc )
- Other damage such as oil, water, dirt, dust, plastic , chemical, food etc on or in;
- Break or other damage of any kind;
- Missing original invoice (Copy is unacceptable).
- Remark:
- Cutting any connectors or cables may void your warranty to whole device;
- Any damage mentioned above may void your warranty to whole device;
- Return delivery:
- Only original packing box with full device and all of its accessories is acceptable;
- Please print or write the Return Product Form (RPF), list all items as well as the problem or suggestion if any, and put a copy of this form in the box. Items less or more than what is list in RPF is not acceptable.
- All return delivered items must be packaged individually, preferably in their original box with all accessories.
- DVR, Speed dome IP Cameras, and other larger products must be shipped inside their original boxes, with original sufficient packaging to protect them from damage during shipping. Products that are damaged in delivery will have their warranty voided due to misuse and abuse.
- The protecting materials other than its original such as various kinds of papers, cloths, cottons etc lose packaging are not acceptable.
- Please DO NOT ship any Hard Drives or SD card inside DVR or IP camera or DVS (mounted or lose). We are NOT responsible for any type of missing or Data recovery at any time for any Hard Drive or SD card.
- Any weak box, damaged box, Styrofoam, paper other than our original package, and any items received without RPF
- copy inside or enclosed that will be rejected.
- Any return delivery received contains any products or parts from other company or the source other than ANV will be rejected.
- All Returns for Refund are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee.
- All Returns Not within compliance of conditions are subject to an immediate Refusal, or up to a 80% restocking fee depending on the condition of the product, original packaging, and missing parts and accessories.
- Please contact our technical support team fist and try to troubleshoot your problems before fill up the RPF.
- Please go to our website to fill up or download the RPF, or call us at 604-277-6606 ask for help.
- Please print or fill up the RPF by written, and then send it back to support@anvsecuritygroup.com , or fax to 604-277-6626, or mail it to #2015-11871 Horseshoe way, Richmond, BC, Canada. V7A 5H5. Please make sure you have one copy of your RPF in your hand.
- Be sure to leave right contact points (Name of the Person, Phone or Cell Number, available e-mail address) in your RPF.
- It will take about 4 hours to respond your return items upon receiving it.
